Saudi Arabia has introduced a new app named NUSUK. This app allows people to acquire permits for Umrah, prayer, and Riaz ul Jannah. To access Masjid-ul-Haram, users need to present their permits using this app. NUSUK replaces the previously utilized Tawakkalna and Eatmarna applications.
To minimize any possible losses resulting from flight disruptions, cancellations, or health concerns, there is a recommendation for all customers. They all must obtain travel insurance for their benefit, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The client and the company will abide by English law and jurisdiction in organizing travel and accommodation. However, any disputes that arise within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be governed by Saudi law and jurisdiction. These will be between the client and the service provider in that country.
A deposit amounting to 50% of the Grand Total is necessary to confirm your reservation. It is important to note that prices are subject to availability.
Upon receiving your tickets, please review them thoroughly and immediately notify us of any discrepancies or omissions you may notice. Failure to report any changes or errors indicated on the invoice may result in complications. We will not be responsible for these complications. Thus, we highly recommend that you carefully examine the invoice.
To apply for Umrah visas, it is necessary to submit your passports along with two passport-sized photos to our office at least four weeks before your scheduled departure. It is solely your responsibility to both deliver and collect your passports from our office.
For all visa types, passports must have a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure. Additionally, your passport must have a minimum of 8 months of validity.
Individuals with non-Muslim names seeking a visa must obtain a certificate from a masjid or Islamic center to verify their Muslim status. Furthermore, women aged 45 or above have no permission to travel without a Mahram as part of a group tour or with acquaintances and family members.
Women aged 18 or above who need a tourist visa can receive approval without having to provide a Mahram. Non-citizens applying for a visa must submit a valid residency permit along with their application.
Visa processing at the Saudi Embassy may take up to two weeks in some cases. In the event of lost passports during this time, Cheap Umrah Packages will not accept responsibility. The company cannot ensure the issuance of any visa type under any circumstance. In case of embassy-related visa delays or denials, the company is not responsible for associated costs, such as flight, accommodation, and transportation changes.
Upon receipt of your documents, we will provide you with contact numbers for Saudi Arabia and a 24-hour emergency number in the UK. These numbers are strictly for emergency purposes. You can use it to contact Cheap Umrah packages.
Kindly note that the availability of all services is subject to terms and conditions. We retain the right to refuse service without prior notification. However, we strive to fulfill your needs and requests. These are communicated during the booking process. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, we will present you with an alternative option.
If you decide to cancel your Umrah Package before receiving flight tickets, hotel, and transport vouchers, you will be charged a 50% Administration Fee per passenger on your initial deposit. The other 50% of your deposit is refundable.
If you cancel or request a refund after receiving flight tickets, hotel, and transport vouchers, we will communicate with the airlines to determine if the tickets are changeable or refundable. We will only do so at your request. Within 48 hours, we will inform you of the airline's instructions regarding the refund amount for your ticket, if applicable. We will subtract the passenger Administration Fee from the refund amount. It's worth noting that any other vouchers cannot be refunded, but we will make every effort to secure possible refunds for hotel and transport services.
If the initially agreed hotel option cannot be arranged, the company has the discretion to offer choices. Furthermore, the hotel prices may be adjusted by the company before booking or until full payment has been received.
The customer is accountable for any additional costs. These additional costs can be the result of modifications made to flight tickets, hotel accommodations, or transportation vouchers. Non-British passport holders have to present their travel documents, biometric card, evidence of residence, and proof of visa expiration.
During your stay, it is important to respect the local customs and laws of the host country. Please keep in mind that you will be accountable for any actions you take. We will not be able to offer assistance if you knowingly or unknowingly breach any local customs.
